Our organization being a product driven, a team of talented engineers from various engineering peripherals work together to draw blue print for innovative products. Their task is to design products that would be safe, eco-friendly, reliable & durable. The innovation team is backed up by strong infrastructure including a well equipped tool room & hi tech sophisticated molding shop. The molding shop is with an array of hi end injection molding machines from Aurburg with high degree of automation with minimal human interface.

Futuristic quality planning, process security & process monitoring is achieved through active involvement of people & continual trainings. Statistical process control and several quality tools are used for defect prevention.

The Tool Room is equipped with the most advanced EDM wire cut machines, EDM small hole drilling machines, CNC Spark Erosion, all of which very smartly create a homogeneous combination with conventional machines needed to ensure the best quality tools and moulds. |
